Virginia Court of Appeals please save Niko.

Niko is an adult male Pit Bull that has gotten a bad rap. He was accused of killing a cat and deemed dangerous by the courts, it was then ordered that he be put to sleep. Niko has been held at the Charlottesville SPCA for a year now. His owner Toni has appealed his case and is waiting to hear from the Virginia Court of Appeals. I am asking anyone and everyone to share this and help Toni in her fight to save Niko. This is his last chance. Niko is a beloved family dog that has passed his behavior test and shows no signs of human aggression what so ever. I ask everyone please sign.
