The initial price of the contract of the maintenance of animals in Kozhukhovo's shelter (136615038,02 rubles) which was calculated for 2250 dogs and 82 cats, however actually, according to documentation of the shelter, it is created for 3000 dogs and 200 cats, the price during the auction was abate more than four times. Currently, on November 28, 2013 the shelter contains 2489 dogs and 102 cats. That means that in the contract it is ALREADY revealed that 239 dogs and 20 cats will not receive food and medical care. At increase in a quantity of animals to maximum norm these figures will increase to 750 dogs and 118 cats without food and medical care. Also, the obligatory needs, under the terms of the contract, such as: protection payment, repair of open-air cages, providing with stock, treatment, purchase of medicines, sterilization of animals, providing with a diet and medical forage for sick animals, and also acquisition of the necessary medical equipment will not be executed. The maintenance of the shelter, with the sum declared by the winner of the auction, is impossible. They will not implement a contract. The managing of neglected animals in the Kozhukhovsky shelter by the company which has won the tender will lead to starvation of animals and their inevitable death.
