To stop shooting and killing protected birds by local hunters in Malta

Because the Island of Malta is the only Place on EARTH that you can't see birds flying in the open skies (only sparrows)..as hunters here shoot anything that flies.. Malta is between Europe and Africa many migrating birds go over Malta. UNFORTUNATLY most never make it....Yes the politicIan are part of the blame. The hunters lobby here is too powerful. Please help
