Help make dog fighting illegal in Kentucky.

Kentucky is one of last states to make dog fighting illegal. This a cruel, barbaric practice and should be made punishable by any legal means available. This issue has been before the Kentucky legislature many times, but has never made it out of committee hearings. It sends a negative message to the rest of the country, and seems hypocritical given the concern we Kentuckians show other animals in our state.
