Demand the End of Dogs left on Chains in South Carolina

Please sign this petition or help get all dogs being chained up 24 hours a day, it is heart breaking to see these poor dogs that can only walk a few feet each way.
Look at their sad faces as they being tortured every day. Not free to help themselves if a storm comes up or it is freezing cold. The People that do this to dogs are without compassion for misery or suffering; cruel at Heart
