Don Sullivan, a man who trains dogs, made a DVD to be bought and sold professionally, has an opening statement, singling out the Pit Bull breed by stating:
"May not work on some dogs like Pit Bulls who have been bred and trained to be aggressive. Results may vary."
Please sign this petition, so that we can get this edited and/or removed from the DVD altogether.
Someone needs to speak up for these poor dogs who are so often misunderstood!
Fact: Pit Bulls are no more vicious then Beagles, Golden Retrievers, or other popular 'family' dogs. In recent testing done by the American Canine Temperment Tesing Society, Pit Bulls achieve a passing rate of 83.9%. Passing 4th from the highest of 122 breeds. That's better then Beagles passing at 78.2% and Golden Retrievers passing at 83.2%. The average passing rate for all breeds is 77%.
