Stop cruelty to animals in Uzbekistan!!!

Cruelty to animals is not only a problem for animal rights activists, in fact it is a problem for the whole society. Cruelty to animals may be the first step in cruelty to humans, since it all starts with violence against defenseless creatures.In Uzbekistan, homeless animals are included in the category of garbage that needs to be destroyed. Until now, there is a service for catching and disposing of stray dogs and cats, which is very far from humane. Dogs are beaten with rebar, in the regions animals are poisoned, throwing poison through the streets, and subsequently the animals die in terrible agony. These facts are described in numerous statements from caring citizens. In trappings, dogs are kept without water and food, several dozen individuals in one cage, where they die from disease, thirst and hunger. According to the descriptions of many eyewitnesses, in cages, the bloated corpses of puppies and adult dogs, along with living ones. Cruel behavior towards animals most often goes unpunished. Its main components are fluorine and arsenic. When eating the bait, the animal may behave inappropriately. The poison causes excitement and aggression. According to eyewitnesses the capture service does not always take the corpses of poisoned dogs and cats. The owners of animals who died from poisoning bury them on their own in their yards and public places. Animal rights activists received messages from foreign citizens who decided to cancel their trip to Uzbekistan after news of the extermination of animals. When will it stop? Children in Uzbekistan see all this and grow up the same way. What will happen in the future? More than a hundred brutally murdered dogs and cats have been found. The muzzles and paws of the animals were tied with wire, more than 30 corpses of dismembered cats in the river, baits with poison for cats and dogs are thrown on the streets, crush them with a car on the roads, Government officials officially order a nerve agent that causes maximum suffering to animals, officially authorize it for use, and officially use it. Killers of animals must be punished according to the law even if they serve in State organizations! The attitude of people towards animals determines the level of civilization and development of a particular country.To improve the situation with animals in the country, it is necessary:
• allocate a separate item in the country's budget for vaccination, sterilization and chipping of homeless animals; • Establish an ad hoc group of experts to study best practices in relation to animals in developed countries; • study the experience of many developed countries in training assistance dogs for people with disabilities, guide dogs, rescue dogs, as well as dogs for emotional support of children with special needs; • In schools, introduce a compulsory subject in humanism, which will also include animal stories.
