Demand PM HARPER fund training of Shelter Dogs into Therapy Dogs in honour of Cpt. Nathan Cirillo

Cpl. Nathan Cirillo was an animal lover who rescued dogs, and I would like to continue his legacy, by taking the over-populated shelters, with great dogs that could be helping the many who suffer from, Mental Health Issues. This would not only be lifesaving for both K-9 and HumanKind, but a way to keep Cpl.Cirillo's memory living on.
