The viciously overzealous and indiscriminate thugs at Trump's ICE have once again deported an American citizen — this time, a two-year-old child, identified only as "VML," was shipped overseas without any due process.
"It is illegal and unconstitutional to deport, detain for deportation, or recommend deportation of a US citizen," said a federal judge overseeing the case.

This isn't even the first time this has happened. In a similar case in Florida, a Cuban woman with a one-year-old child and her US citizen husband were detained at a scheduled immigration appointment and sent back to Cuba. The child was still breastfeeding and suffered from seizures, but that didn't stop the Trump goons from throwing her on a plane.
We cannot allow Trump to get away with deporting US citizens just because they're babies — it's the first step on a very slippery slope that ends with political dissidents and his critics being shipped to foreign gulags. We must stand up for these poor children and ensure that our rights are being upheld.
