Open a New Regulated Indoor Skatepark in Lubbock

The Skateparks in Lubbock Texas are open to the public which isn't a problem but that also leads to the vandalism of the parks which can lead to destruction of the park which can lead to a Citizen getting hurt by something that could have been prevented. So I would like for the city of Lubbock Texas build an indoor Skatepark that is regulated by the city or a Local Business that would ether pay for or contribute to the building of the new Skatepark
