On Mar 13, 2012, the IARDC which regulates Ill. attorneys published a Complaint they filed against Kenneth Karl Ditkowsky. From the Complaint itself you can easily determine that Atty Ditkowsky has done nothing but tirelessly and vociferously requested that the financial exploitation and abuse of a 92 year old woman, Mary G Sykes (see her blog on www.MaryGSykes.com and on Facebook) has been the victim of elder abuse, guardianship abuse and Probate court abuse.
It is clear from the complaint itself (https://www.iardc.org/12PR0014CM.html) that Atty Ditkowsky has done nothing to deserve this action, and is in fact an honorable, ethical and hard working atty that cares about what is going on in the Probate Court of Cook County. Read the blogs and the information and then sign to have this complaint DISMISSED --WITH an APOLOGY to Mr. Ditkowsky. For too long, clout in Cook County--the judges, the nursing homes, the guardians ad litem appointed by the court, have turned a blind eye to the elders that want to go home, want to live in their home until death--but the Probate courts places them elsewhere--in nursing homes, or in this case, with a person of ill repute, that is, a guardian who is a respondent in an unresolved and unheard Petition for an Order of Protection filed by Mary G Sykes. Please help Ken Ditkowsky and send a message to Illinois clout this will not be tolerated by the honest citizens of the State of Illinois.
