Petition to immediately remove Valerie Thomas as union steward, bargaining committee member, and all union board affiliations.

Valerie Thomas hasn't been effectively and competently fulfilling her union duties at our plant. People have to constantly remind her to follow through with grievance processes but often falling by the wayside due to her work schedule. The only time people have seen her fight is for her own personal gain. Her relationship with the plant manager is unsettling and a conflict of interest and the fact that she can get caught sleeping and be given another chance and none else was solidifies that notion
