Because children are being abused. There human like you and me they are not dogs the only reason people have them is to watch there kids be a parent and hold your kids hand think how that will scare your child. They could grow up to be a criminal and there is no reason to have them plz 

We must help people child may be dieing my closet friend was abused from a leash if u look that word up it will show pictures of dogs we are human beings u look at a lovely little girl or boy with a leash then u see them to there knees crying its wrong plz help it happens every day at the zoo mall store or right in next door I can't leave a another day knowing this is happening
