Hello neighbors! Our names are LeAnna and Brandon and we own Hyde Bark Dog Walking! In 2015 we recognized a need for local professional dog walkers and our small team of 15 people now care for around 150 pets a day with over 400 clients active in our database, all in the Hyde Park area. In 2019 we want to tackle the next pet care need in our neighborhood - a doggie daycare in Hyde Park! Our goal is to eventually become a full scale pet care establishment offering boarding, grooming and training. We have a location picked out but we now need the backing of alderman Sophia King to approve our project not only for the building, but to also purchase from the city an adjacent unused lot for outdoor play space. We hope that by showing the support of our community and her constituents this will help persuade the city to let us proceed with this much-needed business for Hyde Park pet owners!
