Delincuentes juveniles quemaron vivo a un perro en Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas (M�xico) y adem�s lo filmaron y subieron el video a varios sitios de Internet. El video es terrible y sobrecogedor. No dejemos que este crimen quede impune, por favor firma esta petici�n para que el gobierno de Tamaulipas lleve a cabo una investigaci�n y aplique la sanci�n m�xima a los responsables, tal como lo ha expresado la comunidad tamaulipeca, nacional e internacional.
Nuestra organizaci�n, GEPDA, ya envi� una carta a ese gobierno y estamos a la espera de una respuesta. No descansaremos hasta dar con los responsables y exigir a ese gobierno local que haga valer la normatividad vigente en materia de protecci�n y trato humanitario a los animales.

Young delinquents burned a dog alive in Ciudad Madero, belonging to the Mexican State of Tamaulipas. They did also film themselves while doing it and uploaded the video in different Websites and blogs. The footage is horryfying and overwhelming. Let�s not permit this crime to go unpunished, please sign the petition so that the government of Tamaulipas carries on an investigation and gives the maximum penalty to the guilty, such as the local, national and international community have asked for.
Our organization GEPDA, has already contacted the governemnt of Tamulipas, sending them a letter, and we are awaiting a response. We will not stop until the local government has enforced the current state laws on animal welfare and protection
