Call A Special Ohio Legislative Session on Felony Animal Abuse

We are sick and tired of Animal Abusers getting a slap on the wrist.  We are MAD and DEMAND GOVERNOR STRICKLAND CALL A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE SESSION TO ADDRESS OHIO's ANIMAL ABUSE LAWS. WE DEMAND IT NOW! WE DEMAND A FELONY LAW. THERE ARE TWO BILLS WAITING IN COMMITTEE--NITRO'S LAW HB70(sitting in committee for 8 months now) AND McKENZIE'S LAW SB95.
