Busking/Street Music cannot B prohibited or restricted

they don't allow street music here in Istanbul, unless U take a special permission which unfortunately also iz just until 5 p.m.!
and who doez not follow thiz rule, must pay 69 YTL penalty fee..

and that they 'chooze' the musicianz, who will get thiz permission and who R 'fake' in their eyez, so it'z an illegal censorship in my eyez..
eye'd like 2 get reactionz and commentz and signaturez about thiz situation..
'cuz diz iz a petition 4 Streetmusic Freedom.
