Lennox was supposed to be euthanized based solely on his looks, but his family refused to sign him over and has been fighting for his return for the past 2 years.  In that time, they have not been able to visit their dog a single time.  Sadly, a recent June 12th court hearing upheld the decision to have Lennox euthanized based on his breed type.  Despite the ruling, Lennox is currently still alive, and will reportedly not be destroyed until all legal avenues have been exhausted.
