Jeffrson hospital in Philadelphia expanding its animal testing facility of animals to 500 animals with the construction of new building.

An contractor that I knew had toured the facility where the animals were stored and being experimenting upon.. They subject the animals to extreme torture of unacceptable standards,it defines the most painfull and suffering it can go through.we need to stop it from expanding its facility.He said it was the worst thing he had ever seen and felt very upset.
