This Man Illegally Forced Dogs to Fight A Poor Badger. And Unless the Decision is Changed, He Will Avoid Jailtime.

A poor badger can be heard screaming in pain in the footage. Poor Toby the dog was left with 31 puncture wounds.
Yet Carl Harwood has only been given a 16-week prison sentence and has been disqualified from keeping any animals for five years! His prison sentence has even been postponed for a year! This is not acceptable!
Toby was seized by the police, taken into the RSPCA's cafe and seen by a vet, but this is not good enough!
Carl Harwood needs to be sent to jail for the maximum penalty NOW!
Also, the article about this on LancsLive, from Lancashire, England, does not state the whereabouts of the badger, so I assume the badger must still be out there, in pain and suffering from wounds sustained in the fight. This badger must be found and treated!
