PROTECT Texas HOMEOWNERS! We PLEAD that Texas Appraisal Districts do NOT increase appraised values for 2020 on Texas Homesteaded properties during this COVID-19 crisis!

In light of this COVID-19 crisis and the developing dramatic economic downturn, we were shocked to see that Texas appraisal districts have proposed to increase the value of TEXAS homesteaded properties for 2020 which directly increases property taxes for Texas Homeowners due for 2020. We implore the Texas Governor, State Lawmakers and local Appraisal Districts to work together and NOT allow any increases to the property taxes for all Texas homesteaded properties for 2020. Please, do not increase property taxes on already struggling Texas families during this unprecedented crisis.
