Stop Taiwan Council of Agriculture to Inject Rabies Virus to Dogs

Taiwan Council of Agriculture's (COA) plan to use 14 healthy puppies to conduct a rabies experiment that will take place next week.The rabies virus will be injected into these dogs and if they get infected, they will be euthanized immediately. If they survive through this, they will be offered up for adoption.

Several Veterinary professors have already spoken that there is no point of doing this, yet the Council of Agriculture (COA) still insists to do so starting next week.
