Nestle is endangering ALL the water resources in the USA now, stating that denying them permission to pump out the water from federal lands impinges on THEIR legal rights! In every single case of their current pumping and proposed pumping, Nestle has shown callous disregard for all of the citizens in this country. They appear to be setting themselves up to be the only water provider in the coming climate change driven drought - all in plastic bottles, of course, adding exponentially to the problem of plastic waste.
In California, Nestle continues to pump ground water despite the terrible drought in that state, and they want to do the same in Arizona despite several years of worsening drought. All their profits head to overseas management.
