This petition supports the letter to the United Nations to bring Donald Trump to justice for Crimes Against Humanity and the prevention of WW3.
Dear United Nations Leaders,
The following acts are acts of extreme violations of the United Nations list of crimes against humanity-war crimes. Trump's governing over the people have resulted in pain and suffering, torture, systemic LGBTQI cleansing and racial apartheid- over the people he's governing in America. His documented alliances with dangerous war criminals and fascist dictators like Vladimir Putin are extremely dangerous to world peaceful alliances. The rapid actions while in office are alarming and horrifically dangerous for national security and united peaceful anti-nuclear weapons and peace treaty alliances. See sources for references.

"A UN Commission of Experts mandated to look into violations of international humanitarian law committed in the territory of the former Yugoslavia defined ethnic cleansing in its interim report as "rendering an area ethnically homogeneous by using force or intimidation to remove persons of given groups from the area" and as "a purposeful policy designed by one ethnic or religious group to remove by violent and terror-inspiring means the civilian population of another ethnic or religious group from certain geographic areas."
"The Commission also stated that coercive practices used to remove the civilian population can include: murder, torture, arbitrary arrest and detention, extrajudicial executions, rape and sexual assaults, severe physical injury to civilians, forcible removal, displacement and deportation of civilian population, deliberate military attacks or threats of attacks on civilians and civilian areas, use of civilians as human shields, destruction of property, and robbery of personal property, as well as attacks on hospitals, medical personnel, and locations with the Red Cross/Red Crescent emblem."
Article II
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
a. a. Killing members of the group;
b. b. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
c. c. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
d. d. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
e. e. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

A mental element: the "intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such"; and
1. A physical element, which includes the following five acts, enumerated exhaustively:
*Killing members of the group
*Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
*Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part
*Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group
*Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
With this knowledge Trump must immediately be arrested and tried to prevent the further horrific damage to humanity, the earth and the world.
