The Trump-appointed Justices of the Supreme Court all voted to overturn Roe v. Wade, discarding 50 years of legal precedent and stripping away bodily agency from millions of women across the United States.
Though everyone except Susan Collins could immediately see that they were lying, all three of these illegitimately-appointed justices declared under oath that Roe v. Wade was the established law of the land and they accepted this precedent — only to immediately change their minds the minute the case came before the court.
Stand with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and demand the Justices be impeached for perjury!
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has already publicly called for the impeachment of these justices for lying under oath. "I believe lying under oath is an impeachable offense … and I believe that this is something that should be very seriously considered."
She warns that if we stand idly by, it will "send a blaring signal to all future nominees that they can now lie to duly elected members of the United States Senate in order to secure … confirmations and seats on the Supreme Court."
We must ensure these appalling lies do not go unpunished by members of the highest court in the land.
