We are a Therapeutic Foster  family, home study approved with a local Therapeutic Foster Agency in a fight for their foster child who was placed back in the system through no fault of his own or ours. The Carroll County VDSS seems to believe he is not able to be adopted due to his behaviors. Yet they recently re-posted him in media and social media as available for adoption even after we filed a court plea for his return and have been in a court campaign to get him returned to our home.
