Justice for Benjie the Dog

HELP US GET JUSTICE FOR BENJIE

Charges have now officially been laid against one of the individuals identified in video footage depicting the horrific stabbing and killing of a dog named Benji. We are appealing to all those who feel as strongly as we do about this case, to let their voices be heard in a bid for justice for Benjie. We believe the connection that the human species shares with dogs and has shared with them for the past 14 000 Years should be respected and nurtured and their abuse and unjust murder should be punishable to the fullest extent of the law.

We hope to use this petition to highlight the strong public opinion around this case and let it serve as a precedent in South Africa for all future cases of the same nature.
