Put a stop from people trashing nature and Save it

I live in Central Scranton Pa and across the street from where I live is a patch of woods that no one owns and it is filled with all kinds of garbage and trash where you can't even see any of the beautiful nature in it and I think something needs to be done about all trash and garbage and put a stop to it so nature can grow and bloom and live longer cause me as a American citizen cares and loves nature so please help me put a stop this disrespectfulness
