Save Jager

A little girl stepped on her sleeping boxer and he accidentally swiped her face with his paw creating 4 linear lacerations. This got misreported as a bite wound and Mt Vernon IN has a law that any unprovoked human bite the dog is to be put down. However this is not unprovoked and not a bite. The owner has pursued this to the Supreme Court but lost due to initial incompetent legal counsel. The only way left is for the mayor and town to agree to let the dog live. This little girl will be traumatized forever if she is responsible for her best friend dying and all physicians agree this was a scratch not a bite. This dog is not vicious.  Let Jager live
