Public schools are underfunded and under attack. Teachers and staff are fighting to provide quality education to their students. Sarah Chambers, a distinguished award winning teacher from Saucedo Academy, is one of the leaders in this fight. She has been especially vocal in advocating for special education students and LGBTQ students. Now Chicago Public Schools (CPS) has accused her of encouraging student to opt out of the PARCC Test, an accusation that Sarah denies. CPS has suspended her and is moving to fire her for her courageous advocacy on behalf of her students. Stand up, be counted and say NO to this injustice.
