Please help me stop microchip implants and electronic weapons that are used to kill

Dear, MR. President Barak Obama I have emailed you before and have not received a response back maybe because you are so busy that you have not had the time to reply back to my emails and mail that I sent out to you I have had better luck with the congress. So I am writing this letter to say I see many flaws in the legal system and am asking for your help not only for me but for the other people out there. This is a worldwide problem every since the microchip got approved by you and for this reason I am asking for your help because I see many people get killed off by doctors in hospitals and nurses who don’t even care through a legal system that does nothing for the people but shoves them off like they are the crazy people and I would like to tell you what I am going through when I am not a crazy person but was misdiagnosed by a doctor right after my brother died as being one while I was depressed after the loss of my brother. But often it is so easy for the doctors to not see through lightness of its own patients eyes because the patients are being mentally mind controlled by others and being killed off not the doctors without being noticed because a doctor has misdiagnosed it as a mental problem such as biopolar or schizophrenia or some other medical problem which you know as well as I do that most of the time it is other people out there that make the money to mentally mind control me and other people out there through a microchip that makes us get misdiagnosed by a doctor or by a mental institute when there is not nothing mentally wrong with me or those other people out there. Therefore It is so easy for those people who get paid to kill us all off through these microchips to try and cover up the evidence of the microchip and to do medical malpractice because the microchip is so tiny like a grain of rice that it can be nearly invisible to the eye unless blowen up on a mri or ex-ray so that no one would know that it was in them while they was being given health problems. Many people have been implanted with these microchips without knowing it at the time because of being drugged and passed out while it was done . Well this is the case with me when I lived with my ex-boyfriend Charles Marx who drugged me and implanted in me without my consent back in 2009 and then he paid other people in 2012 to electronically mentally torture me and try to kill me through this microchip in my brain while they use cybernetics on my body without my consent to cause me health problems and eventually kill me someday. They also mind control me by sending thoughts to my mind and reading my thoughts while watching me on a microchip camera inside my home the reason why I know this is they told me I had nice boobies in the shower while they was on their computors through a microchip code that they typed in on their computor that sends out a Rf signal to the microchip that is in my brain. I had my sons wife who was a off duty Ceritified MRI Tech look take a look at the Mri photos from Renown medical center when she told me it looks like a foreign object in my brain she then asked me why did the doctor just tell you it is a air pocket in your skull then I said I don’t know maybe the doctor is not experienced with Mri photos to know that is a foreign object in my brain instead of a air pocket in the skull. I also had another case where I was at Renown hospital when they had lied to me in the Mri/ex-ray departments and told me that there was no object in my brain. Then why is my heartbeat well over a hundred beats per minute I wonder why that happened since I had a prior angiogram of the heart that came back normal and my blood pressure is raised up for no reason I never had high blood pressure problems in the past along with that I also have very dark urine samples for no reason at all after that the doctor still could not give me a explanation except for saying you will be being picked up then I said for what well I have decided to send you to west hills a mental hospital for evaluation . This is what I have been through because of Mykelle Cooper and Mark Cooper mindcontroling me and torturing me through this microchip with their computors along with his brother and my nextstore neighbors at 1504 Steelwood apt #3 Reno,Nv 89512 these people have been paid off by my ex-boyfriend Charles Marx and his mother Lillian Blacher in 2012 to murder me by giving me health problems through cybernetics to cause me health problems through this microchip only to eventually kill me off eventually on their computors with a typed in microchip code that links back to the microchip in my brain . The reason why I believe he paid these people off was to cover up this microchip that he implanted in my brain without my permission I also wonder how he managed to implant it in my brain without killing me. Not only that these people have hacked my internet connection in the past 2 years for awhile I did not hook up my internet connection to the modem or netgear wireless router every since then I have changed modems to a newer internet modem that is harder for them to hack. I also think they must know alot of people in Reno,Nv because I have been lied to by doctors along with the Reno Police department telling when they told me that there is not enough evidence after I had already had already notified a attorney outside the United States that told me I have a case against them and all I have to do is get a attorney in the United States. Still my voice is not being heard even with the evidence I have against these people such as Trail Gps tracking device evidence of signals coming into my apartment , Mri Photos and a Rf bug detector that also detects a microchip camera in my brain that I had my friend take a video of when all the lights was lite up on it while I was standing next to it along with a certified mri tech my sons wife who verified the microchip in my brain seen on the mri photos while she was off duty visiting my apartment even though the doctors won’t verify the microchip in my brain on the mri photo all this evidence should be enough for the Reno Police department ofr FBI to step in and do something. This is just like many other cases where peoples voices are not heard each and everyday when the people have asked for help. There are woman men and children that do not know that they have a microchip in their body because it was implanted in them without their permission and has caused them mental problems that they have been misdiagnosed with and health problems that eventually killed them. Just like in my case with DR Theodore Bern’t telling me that I have a couple of skips in the heartbeat during the appointment last year. This year when I went back to visit Dr Theodore Bernt he told me I have a good strong heartbeat then I asked him if I should have another angiogram done on me he then tells me no you don’t need another one done on you, you have a good strong hearbeat ,now why would he say that if he told me I had a couple of skips in my heartbeat when I went to my prior Appt to see him this is also medical malpractice and needs to be stopped. There are many other people out there that are going through the same thing as me along with the lady that I spoke to yesterday. While there are many others out there of being misdiagnosed by doctors and looked at like some crazy person because of the electronics weapons being used against me and them through microchip mind control while these people out there get paid to torture me and them and eventually kill us off do you even think anyone cares about us afterwards well you will find out if I wind up dead ones along with many others of these days because no one bothers to put a stop to what these people do to me and others . This needs to be stopped it is a worldwide problem that is going on since that microchip was approved by you these microchips have been being misused by others for Years. Could you please help me with this worldwide problem that is going on President Obama after all you did say you want Change I want Change then please be with me to help me make that change along with many others.
