Pitbulls

I have two pitbulls. Davee who is 2 and champ who is 5. I have had both since they were babies. Davee was only 3 days old when I got him and champ was 6 weeks old. Both are big babies and wouldn't hurt a fly. In fact, they both are afraid of chickens and coward down to little dogs. They both love all animals. My family first lived in Fort worth, were they aren't so strict about dogs not having a leash... when we first moved to hurst Texas, a little over a year ago, our fence needed to be fixed. With my husband working all the time and me taking care of my little sister who has autism, and my daughter.... it took a long time to put up a new fence all the way around. With that being said... my dogs would get out sometimes. Animal control apparently don't like pit bulls because they automatically stereotyped my dogs. They said they were aggressive and tried to attack people, but yet no one made a complaint or went to court. They tried to get me to surrender my dogs and I wouldn't do it. So they tried to classify them as dangerous but I talked to the captain and he helped my case. Any tickets they tried to give me was dismissed. But they had already put in place a declaration of nuisance so we had to go to court. I had called animal control and asked them what I could do to please get them to leave my dogs alone. They said to provide rabie shots and I faxed them over the next day. Animal control lied in court more then once, I wasn't prepared for the hearing.. i didn't know it was going to be how it was, in a sense of NEEDING A LAWYER, so the judge gave them what they were asking and that was for my dogs to leave the city. I didn't think animal control was going to lie not only to me but right to the judges face, without hesitation. Im trying to appeal this situation but in the mean time I need help from everyone I possibly can, so I can keep my dogs home with me, here in hurst Texas, where I'm buying my house. They are my babies. I'm more then willing to do put them through classes if I need too or whatever requirements that need to happen, I'm willing to do so. They have not gotten out since the fence was completely fixed and they do have their shots. I'll keep them inside if I have too. Please stand by me and sign this so I can fight to keep my dogs davee and champ.
