Stop Cat Disection in all High Schools in the United States

Because of the recent publicity regrading cat diseection in California, and the student's disregard for animal rights and their in humane behavior in the aftermath, it is obvious that we are breeding and incompassionate and ill state of mind in our youth. What is wrong with administrators, instructor's, and the people who allow such atrocities, when there are humane ways to teach this science. What about the students that find this disturbing when exposed to this in the class room? Do we expect them to give up their own rights to choice and bury their emotions and endure such selfish and abusive practices.
