Demand Justice for Hope, a dog left to die in the parking lot of a Shelter in the Middle of the Night

A man was caught on surveillance camera dragging Hope's lifeless body through the Bullock County shelter parking lot. Police are NOT pressing charges even though he did this after hours knowing no one was there to catch him or to help poor Hope. Even though he ripped off a collar around her neck with his information on it. Even though she was dying and he left her there with NOTHING.
