Demand a change in the living conditions in Northern Neck Regional Jail!

I have been told by many people that have been incarcerated in the Northern Neck Regional Jail that they are not getting feed adequate food portions. Also I have heard that there is black mold all down the old side of the jail. I believe that this can all be fixed if enough people call and report anything heard to either D.O.C. or the BBB.
