Demand an end to Dog Tethering in Missouri NOW

We need to put an end to animals being tied up outside 365 days a year. The summer heat and humidity and the winter snow,ice,and wind is miserable for everyone, imagine NEVER being off the chain that ties you to the tree just outside the front door. Its cruel and inhumane. Someone needs to speak for theses helpless animals. Please sign this petition to change the laws so animals cannot be tied up everyday all day, 365 days a year.
