We keep hearing that the next generation is the future, but how can we succeed if we’re never taught the basics of adulthood? Schools expect us to learn about taxes, loans, mortgages, and even parenting on our own—yet they blame young adults when they struggle financially or choose not to have children.

Governments panic over low birth rates, rising debt, and unprepared youth, but they refuse to address the root problem: education isn’t equipping us for real life.
