The Diocese of St. Petersburg is now negotiating the sale of the property at 5049 Bell Shoals Rd. (the site of the old St. Stephen Catholic Church) with Bridgepoint Lifecare Group. Bridgepoint's redevelopment will create a new style of assisted living for seniors that focuses on freedom, comfort, convenience, and affordability.
