End Rising Water Costs City of Richmond Hill, GA

Over the last 12 months there has been a drastic increase of water costs, in some case people are now being charged double what they where originally paying.

This has to stop before it escalates. Water is a basic necessity that we cannot afford to lose. Please show your support by signing this petition. We need to show the city council that this is unacceptable.
