This veterinarian CLEARLY has severe anger issues as demonstrated in the video. He slammed the dog down onto the floor and bit the dogs neck! What kind of veterinarian does this to animals in his care?! This person should NOT be allowed around animals or have them in his care at all. This veterinarian should have his license seized and revoked!!
