There lives a very cruel man in our Street, in Southcrest, Alberton, South Africa. He puts poison everywhere in his garden. He’s garden is not fenced and poses not only a risk to our pets, but to our children.
After seeing the 3rd cat die of poisoning in just 3 days, I have decided to write this petition.
Over 20 cats have died of poisoning in our street. After all the trauma my sister and I went through trying to save a dying cat, she died in my arms staring at me with her beautiful blue eyes. We and the neighbours had had enough and are very traumatized.
We have confronted him with the help from the SPCA. He claims that the poison is for rats only, but rats eat fruits and grains. Why does he put rat poison in meat. After the SPCA had left, he put out little notes in his garden warning the cats to stay away, how cowardly . He also confessed to me and another neighbour that he will kill all our cats.
When a man wantonly destroys one of the works of man we call him a vandal. When he destroys one of the works of God , he has mastered the devils wish and he is called a Murderer!
