Animal Rights Bill

We call on the United Nations to establish an Animal Rights Bill. We the people are speaking on behalf of all the animals to stop the abuse, murder, torture, and suffering of these animals in the hands of mankind. Do people not reliaze animals have feelings? How would you like to be kept outside chained without food water and no shelter, poked and beaten, put hooks in your mouth to be used for bait, taken away from your family, cramed into cages with no room to move around in. We the people are sick and tired of seeing this abuse, and this has got to stop!
