Protecting Cats in our Communitty

There are other ways of protecting and limiting the population of farrel cats.  My family and myself started to capture ferrel cats at our home and having them fixed both nutered and spayed. Only to find out that our neighbor had been capturing and killing our cats.  After calling Hyrum City we where told that there is no protection for cats even if it is someones pet.

The picture above is two of the acutal cats killed by the bad neighbor they where sweet and gental and there were several others killed please help change no ordinance law!

Help us stop this cruel and meaningless behavior!
