Pros

The pay was good and the actual job itself was fun unfortunately poor management has a tendency to ruin a job.

Cons

Poor management by the owner and constant micromanaging. Regularly overworking the good employees due to lack of staff. The owner also has no ability to control their temper and has had multiple outburst where they acted extremely unprofessionally towards various employees during the time I worked there.
