I used to be the supervisor for lisa Hayden at the Centurion pub,
For a certain amount of time , we had a very good team , friendly , helpful,
We started and welcomed all to our opening day on the 21st of July 2023 good foundation, there was never NO trouble , Come to conclusion they didn't need door staff, We done a variety of family entertainment, family organised funded by Lisa herself out of her own pocket to pull all family's back in and make them feel safe and welcome to come back into the community based right in the centre where other social clubs are teaming off
We tried to get events going that involve not only youngsters but there family's, older generations, offered people to come in and have a chat with a cuppa of there choice ,
We tried bingo for older generations and younger which was a laugh for all ,

We are a friendly pub , we welcome you with a warm heart ,
We have our regulars that support us day in and day out ,

Under no circumstances should anything like that be worded in the birmingham mail the way they have,
This article itself has been taken way out of context,

We as a pub could get signatures , petions where people will write there own views about how this individual as brought this pub back to how it should be ,
People themselves are willing to put there own statements in regarding any matters ,

We are here to fight for our human rights ,
As we have been slandered and made out to be the bad person/ people in this situation,
We as people have alot of positivites about this pub

This was also a private booking so this person came in and paid £40 pound a month before anything happend,
But cause we didn't put up the voids due to football being on we allocated 2 areas which they stuck to but then a scuffle broke out
As this was a private booking children are ALLOWED in till 12 midnight with any private booking , but can also state which signs are all around the pub on a normal night children have to be out by 9pm .
If we as a team do notice under-age drinkers we notify our boss and she deals with it ,

Lisa Hayden herself will go out of her own way to try and please everyone she's there when you need her , easily to approach,
Bubbly person ,
Theres never a downfall for what she puts on ,
We involved all our regulars and also customers who are just passing by and come in for ONE ,
