Stop the sales of dogs in Flea Markets

I have been to several Flea Markets and i have noticed that the dogs that they are selling are thin and sad ans sick  and have no water or food in their bowls and are kept in small cages.I am sure they are from puppy mills were they are raised like machines to breed for years and are kept in very small cages for months or years with no or very little medicare or food and water and sleep in thier own feces and urine.
