Trump-appointee Judge Aileen Cannon, just dismissed the classified documents case against Trump – arguably the strongest and most important case against him – because she decided Jack Smith's appointment as special counsel violated the Constitution.  

Judge Cannon showed herself to be wildly biased and jaw-droppingly incompetent throughout the case, and bent over backwards to help Trump. This decision sends a dangerous message that Trump is above the law. We can't have a judge on the bench who is in Trump's back pocket.
