Stop Atos re-assessing disabled people after winning a tribunal case.

Disabled people who apply for ESA are being wrongly assessed by Atoa most of the time and being declared as fit for work when they are clearly not. Even when the disabled person wins a tribunal case and gets Atos's decision over turned, Atos insist that person takes a re-assessment all over again after a few months...forcing that disabled person to go through the appeal system again and again...up to 4 times in some cases. It is costing this country over 60 million pounds a year in appeal costs and causing hardship, stress and even deaths. We need to get this stopped. If you agree, please sign this Petition.
