Have the Ross town council any power to
stop the drinking on the street during the Boxing Day hunt of the Ross harriers hunt they serve alcohol drink and consume the alcohol on the street which I believe is illegal
hunt dogs out of control running about on the highway and pedestrian walk ways who is responsible if someone tripped over a loose hunt dog on a pedestrian walk way after all all dogs should be on leashes in public
the last 2 years the dog mess and horse mess which has been left after the hunt meeting is dreadfully disgusting
I'm sure the town council would agree that it is very dangerous to have the horses and hunt dogs in such a public place with so many people walking by through the dogs and horses
why are they allowed to collect monies on the street of Ross town during the hunt meeting and sell raffle tickets to anyone who buys
does the Ross town council really want to be associated and seen to be supporting what appears to be an illegal hunt
does Ross town council agree with the baviour of this hunt after some of the recent law breaking and cruelty court cases and convictions against members of this particular hunt
also it is my understanding that this particular hunt has breached planning permission at it premises in coughton and are currently being investigated for planning breaches
I do hope that the Ross town council will look into this matter and take a robust approach and put a end to this hunt meeting in Ross town before someone gets injured
