Boycott "A Dog's Purpose" Unless Creators Donate to Fight Further Animal Cruelty

Disturbing footage from the set of the new film "A Dog's Purpose" appears to show shocking animal cruelty.

Please sign this petition to pledge to boycott "A Dog's Purpose" unless the creators make a significant donation to animal welfare organizations!

In the film, a terrified German Shepherd struggles against a trainer who is attempting to force him into churning water. Eventually, the man succeeds in doing so before immediately pulling the frightened dog back up by his collar.

Later, the dog is shown struggling to swim through the raging water and goes under. Filmmakers are seen rushing toward that area, shouting, “Cut it!”

The director of the film tweeted that he was “disturbed by the video released today from the set of my film..."

If the director is so disturbed, he ought to do something about it. Donating to an animal welfare cause is the least he can do to make up for this act.
